Community Solutions NZ Ltd Partnership is a third-party marketing agency that provides fundraising solutions for not-for-profit and charitable organisations. We work alongside charities who represent and provide aid to people, animals and environment issues, by getting their message in front of the right people at the right time and raising funds that will make a difference both in New Zealand and further afield.

With over 60 years’ combined direct marketing and fundraising experience, our team really knows our stuff. We have specialist local knowledge from Kerikeri to Invercargill and everywhere in between, and we’re dedicated to providing cost-effective face-to-face fundraising services that save our clients time, money and a whole lot of hassle.

Our Process

While charities and not-for-profit organisations are experts at helping people, we are experts at marketing. We project manage face-to-face fundraising services and represent our clients in public spaces like malls, supermarkets, on council street sites and at major events. We also offer door-to-door fundraising options in residential areas.

We don’t just talk to members of the public about why supporting local and international aid agencies is a good thing; we also harness the latest technology to ensure the process is streamlined. Optional phone-based follow-ups with new donors help to ensure the fundraising process benefits everyone affected.


Our Organisations

Community Solutions works alongside New Zealand and locally-based overseas organisations like Barnardos, Cure Kids, IHC and the National Heart Foundation. Our partners are passionate about the wellbeing of the people (and furry friends) they represent, and we’re equally passionate about making the fundraising process easy and stress-free.


The Fundraisers

Every campaign that Community Solutions project manages is fronted by a team of friendly fundraisers. These are the people who introduce prospective donors to your organisation and your campaign. We don’t split our time between organisers and fundraisers, though; we contract fundraisers from other marketing companies so we can remain focused on our clients’ needs. We provide those marketing companies with all the support, product training and overall campaign materials they need to ensure every fundraiser starts on the right track whilst representing your brand, giving us more time to focus on creating the best-possible campaign for our clients.

Our Team


The Community Solutions team is spearheaded by General Manager Sarah Ibbs, an English-born proud-to-now-be-a-Kiwi who has more than 25+ years experience in management, business development, sales, customer acquisition, marketing, advertising and relationship management.

The team has experience in all areas, with team members specifically dedicated to Key Account Management, Operations and Customer Services. Between them they have assisted 25 not-for-profit organisations with their fundraising efforts understanding their needs and tailor solutions, resulting in successful campaigns that let them focus on what they do best: helping other people.
